A growing mortgage lender is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to support daily secondary market operations and serve as a liasion between pricing, origination, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pricing and locking functions, including processing rate lock requests, extensions, and adjustments using internal pricing systems.
• Partner with sales and origination teams to ensure lock requests are aligned with product and investor guidelines.
• Track and publish internal rate sheets
• Monitor the status of loans in the pipeline
• Support pricing exception requests
• Contribute to daily and monthly reporting
• Evaluate loan performance mentrics to identify trends and efficiencies

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience of relevant experience
• Foundational knowledge of mortgage products, rate lock mechanisms, and investor requirements
• Comfort working with financial data, pricing models, and market rate trends
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
